Eisenhauer NissanThis project is a brand new Nissan Premier level Dealership that our team designed plans to incorporate Nissan's requirements for franchise approvals and ready for our project managers to take to construction this year. The new building will be approximately 29,000 square feet for sales/showroom, office support and a state of the art 21 bay service facility with a fully climate controlled 3 lane drive thru for customer drop-off and write up.

LCM SubaruThis project was an existing operation, which had to continue operating
while imaging enhancing renovations were completed. The challenge
was to satisfy franchise requirements within a preferred budget. Attention
to design detail with budget reviews allowed this project to save
$300,000 from initial budget levels and still create a flagship structure
for Lancaster County Motors. |

Jones HondaThis was another Image Enhancement Program requested by the franchise,
which the dealer wished to fulfill within budget goals at an existing
location. The original dealership structure was a space frame roof,
which was adapted into the new design, which yielded efficiencies
for budget control. Smart design development allowed this facility
to more than double its showroom area while utilizing the existing
roof structure. |
Hoover MotorsThis dealer project was designed to mirror the typical Chevrolet franchise requirements. Our teams roles were to design and implement the construction process while sales and administration were in full operation, and end with a product that fully represents the Chevrolet image with consideration to all pre-existing conditions of this older existing structure the end result was a great success.

Mercedes BenzThe challenge here was to convert an unattractive truck maintenance facility into a state of the art quality car dealership. This task was accomplished by adding a small showroom structure and a small service write up structure to the existing structure, which was renovated to blend with the architectural details of the additions. The final product met rave reviews of Mercedes-Benz franchise representatives and customers. |
