Faulkner ToyotaThis was another existing building, which was renovated to satisfy
franchise brand enhancement requirements. We completed this project
in two stages finishing the sales showroom business offices in one
phase with the service area in a subsequent phase. |

Wolf MotorsThis project began as many do with a budget goal in mind. The franchise
requirements were less demanding than the owner’s requirements
and budget controls. Originally a grocery store this was renovated
to provide complete dealership facilities, sales, service and auto
body. |

Providence ChryslerThis was the first of a series of projects to be completed with this
client. Professional Design & Construction, Inc. won their interest
initially by being the only proposer to present a budget that warranted
proceeding with their new facility. Smart value engineering was the
key to success with this completely new stand-alone facility. |
