Jones Pontiac

This project was one of a series to be completed for a loyal repeat customer. Prior project experience created a desire for a more aggressive schedule, which minimized the showroom down time to as few days as possible. This renovation project developed a schedule, which completed the showroom portion, demolition to occupancy, in less than four weeks.


Faulkner Suzuki

This small renovation project is a good example of achieving the greatest value in a renovation project. Choosing the best application of the right materials can have a major impact on the appearance of a facility with a minimal cost investment.

LCM Mitsuhishi / Service

This service center expansion became an efficient by product of another project. We were asked to study a dealership lot crowding problem and resolve that problem by resubmitting land design alternatives to the municipality which allowed the increase of paved area to satisfy the dealership needs. During the planning, a bonus which enhanced the overall facility was incorporated which doubled the size of the Mitsubishi service center and resolved surface rain water flow problems as well.

Faulkner Toyota/Scion

This renovation to exsisting dealer facilty took into account franchise requirements for brand image. It also included the addition of 6 service bays and a climate controlled 2 car service/delivery drive-thru.
