E.P. Mennonite ChurchOur relationship with our clients was demonstrated in many ways on
this project. We worked endlessly with the committees to arrive at
the best design and maintain the best ongoing working relationship
during construction. Church activities continued on site throughout
the construction of this major expansion which included the management
of congregation members in actual components of construction activity.

Grace Lutheran ChurchWe began involvement with this client after others had completed
design and competitive bidding had been secured. The design which
had been developed created bidding which exceeded their budget requirements.
We worked with them to perform value engineering which redirected
the design to more closely meet the congregations budget goals. Innovative
design/build thinking proved to secure a greater value than competitive
bidding after the design was complete. |

Pleasant View Maintenance BuildingThis structure was an existing barn which was being considered for
demolition. Carefully developed design with value engineering and
the design build process uncovered a basic building that could be
readdressed to meet the current needs of the facilities maintenance
operations. |
