MGS ManufacturingAs this clients business grew it wanted to refine its process to
be state of the art efficient. We assisted them with the study of
their manufacturing process to evolve it into a highly efficient assembly
line process, which we then developed the building structure to enclose.
We enjoy joining with our many diverse clients in a teamed relationship
which becomes uniquely familiar with their needs and applies our building
expertise to meet their goals. |

UltragraphicsOur design build efforts allow us to utilize our in-house design
capabilities as well as team with other design professionals to meet
a clients’ need. In this project, we worked with an architectural
firm, which was a long time friend of the client in a collaboration,
which yielded tremendous results. The design professional was quoted
to say, “What you have is a good design/build process here”.
As can be seen by the photograph, a very attractive facility was finished
which met the clients’ functional needs and budget needs. The
value engineering in this case modified the design concept to yield
a savings of near $650,000. |
Henson Co.This project was challenging due to the size of building required in relation to the available building lot. After preliminary meetings with team members and owner the businesses 3 main functions light manufacturing, shipping/receiving and office support were successfully integrated and able to be constructed to serve the business for future growth.

T & S DentalThis approximate 50,000 square foot addition was designed and coordinated through both the local and home office management teams of T & S Dental. The new addition provided the company with the ability to consolidate other locations functions into this building for the purposes of manufacturing,warehouse,shipping and office administration.

Lift Inc.This new 92,000 square ft design/build project was programmed to incorporate business functions that include corporate headquarters, sales, lift truck service and parts warehouse. Also functioned into design were 2 available areas within the layout to be leased out.
