Many times the sub professionals who work regularly with Professional Design & Construction, Inc. recognize the value of our design/build approach. This facility was built for an engineering firm which frequently associates with our design team. From the very beginning a budget goal was held in mind as design and construction operations progressed.

MGS Manufacturing Office

As we had assisted this client with the growth of their production facility, they realized the need to increase their administrative facility. This addition held to good budget goals while enhancing the appearance of the existing facility. This simple design provided a clean appearance for the new addition which was extended to include the existing facility and provide an overall facelift/property enhancement.
