Clyde Martin SpeedwayThis was a unique renovation to a dirt track speedway. This project
was introduced to Pro D & C by a prior commercial client relationship.
We worked with the committee in at this facility to develop the unique
needs for their sport. |
Jones ResidenceThis unique residential project included the development of an independent
residence, a pond, a vehicle museum and service building and a grounds
equipment storage barn. This client has been a long time loyal client
of Professional Design & Construction, Inc. through many projects
at his business operations. Being familiar with the dedicated efforts
he had experienced in the past, he would consider no one else for
his private needs. |

Design/build is capable of achieving dollar value while maintaining quality architectural design features. This facility which was expanded to more than twice its size although, managed with budget controls, has created an appearance which is aesthetical and consistent with the original facility.

ROHRERSTOWN FIRE COMPANY Professional Design & Construction has recently completed a 10 thousand square foot expansion for the Rohrerstown Fire Company and is currently underway with a 5500 square foot renovation to their facility in East Hempfield Township. When completed, the facility will house new apparatus bays, additional bunk rooms, conference/community areas, and new office space. |
